Many people choose a diet such as vegetarianism. At the same time, here you can cook a lot of healthy, and most importantly - delicious dishes. For example, bean pate is a full-fledged source of protein, perfect for breakfast sandwiches, and it is not a shame to put stuffed mushrooms on the festive table.
It is necessary
- To prepare the pate, we need:
- • 100 grams of white beans
- • 200 grams of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
- • 1 onion
- • 1 carrot
- • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- • Dill
- • Nutmeg
- • Black pepper
- To prepare stuffed champignons, we need:
- • 16 mushrooms
- • 50 g of vegetable oil
- • 1 onion
- • 1 carrot
- • 2 tbsp. bread crumbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking pate. Pour the beans with cold water, leave for 4 hours, then cook until tender (about 2 hours)
Finely chop the onion and carrots, fry until soft. Add chopped mushrooms, fry until the liquid evaporates. Cool down.
Combine beans with mushrooms and vegetables, add dill, season with salt and spices. Grind with a blender. Sesame seeds or chopped walnuts can be added to the finished pate.
Step 2
Cooking mushrooms. Chop onions and carrots, fry until soft.
Wash the champignons, separate the legs, chop them finely, set the caps aside. Add chopped legs to onions and carrots, season with salt. Fry for about 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. l. crackers.
Lightly salt the hats, fill with the resulting minced meat, put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining bread crumbs on top. Sprinkle with oil. You can add tomatoes or bell peppers to the minced meat, this will add color to the dish.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Ready-made pate is obtained for 6-8 servings, the calorie content of the dish is 140 kcal / 100 grams, the cooking time is 40 minutes + 6 hours for preparing beans.
4 servings of stuffed mushrooms are obtained, the calorie content of the dish is 105 kcal / 100 grams, the cooking time is 30 minutes.
