Remove seeds from pepper, cut into thin strips. Combine ingredients, add green peas, salt and pepper. Season the salad with sour cream, garnish with herbs.

Mushroom salad

Want to surprise your guests? Make a low-calorie boiled mushroom salad. To prepare it you will need:

  • 200 grams of fresh champignons;
  • 100 grams of canned corn;
  • 2 raw potatoes
  • medium-sized carrots;
  • half a head of cauliflower;
  • broccoli;
  • sour cream;
  • salt.

Rinse the potatoes and carrots under running cold water, peel the root vegetables, cut into large pieces and boil. Dip the mushrooms in boiling salted water, but in a different container. Boil broccoli and cauliflower or steam for a few minutes.

Let the salad components cool, then chop and combine. Add corn, salt, season with sour cream.

Rice salad

If you're on a vegetarian diet, you can make a nutritious rice salad. Prepare the following foods:

  • 200 grams of rice;
  • glass of water;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • green olives;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 2 tbsp canned peas;
  • vegetable oil;
  • lemon juice;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Boil rice. To do this, pour boiling water over the cereal, stir, cover and leave for a few minutes. After the water has evaporated, rinse the rice with cold water. Rinse the cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers under cold water, remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut the vegetables into cubes and the olives into rings.

Prepare a dressing. To do this, combine vegetable oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix vegetables with rice, add green peas. Pour the resulting dressing into the salad, garnish with herbs.
