If grayish shrimps (large) were purchased, then the product must be cooked in salted water for up to 20 minutes. After that, it is necessary to remove the shell from the shrimp and, if necessary, fry them.

1. Shrimp with tomatoes

To make a salad, you will need:

  • shrimp 200 gr;
  • cherry tomatoes 10 pcs;
  • cucumber 1 pc;
  • red onion 1 pc;
  • parsley;
  • seasoning;
  • salt to taste;
  • dressing (sunflower / olive oil).

Boil the shrimp for the salad. If the shrimp are large, you can cut them. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. Season with salt and seasonings to taste. Season with oil, stir and serve.

2. Squid and shrimp salad

To prepare this salad you need:

  • shrimp 200 gr;
  • squid 1 pc.;
  • green beans 200 gr;
  • cucumber 1 pc.;
  • carrots 1 pc.;
  • cherry tomatoes 5 pcs.;
  • 1/2 red onion;
  • lemon juice;
  • seasoning;
  • parsley;
  • peanuts 50 gr.

First, boil the squid carcass, shrimp and beans. Then remove the cartilage and film from the squid. Remove the shell from the shrimp and do not chop. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, carrots and onions. Add olive oil, drizzle with lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and parsley before serving.

3. Simple Shrimp Cocktail Salad

For such a salad you need:

  • shrimp 150 gr.;
  • Apple;
  • cucumber;
  • crab sticks 100 gr.;
  • sour cream;
  • mandarin;
  • parsley with dill.

It is very simple to prepare and looks delicious. First, the shrimp is boiled and the shell is removed. A couple of shrimp can be left uncut to lay on top for beauty. Chop apple, cucumber and crab meat. Add sour cream and stir. Arrange the salad in glasses and decorate with uncut shrimps, tangerines and one sprig of parsley.
