In such dishes there should be no place for canned food, fatty cheeses, smoked meats. Fresh greens and spicy herbs give such salads a rich bright aroma and piquant taste. And it’s impossible to imagine a low-calorie vegetable salad without dill, green onions and parsley - they have long become a tradition.

Mint, lemon balm, tarragon, watercress, basil, cilantro, cardamom, oregano, often found in vegetable salads, help to strengthen the immune system and improve digestion.

Low-calorie salads are often very easy to prepare and do not require a long stay in the kitchen. All the ingredients that make up them can be easily purchased at any store. There are pure vegetable, meat, puff or mixed low-calorie salads. Low-fat sour cream, dressing or light salad mayonnaise are most often used as a dressing for them. Many people use olive or sunflower oil.

Such salads will not only not harm the figure, but, on the contrary, will contribute to weight loss.

Radish salad

You will need:

- 190 g of radish;

- 550 g of fresh cucumbers;

- 150 g low-fat sour cream;

- two tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;

- 50 grams of green lettuce leaves;

- freshly ground black pepper;

- greens;

- salt and sugar.

Cut the radish and fresh cucumbers into slices. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, pepper and seasoning salt, whisking well. Chop greens, tear lettuce leaves into large strips with your hands. Put pieces of green salad on the bottom of the salad bowl, on it - the thoroughly mixed ingredients of the dish, and pour the dressing.

Cheese salad

You will need:

- 450 g of broccoli cabbage;

- 60 g of feta cheese;

- 100 ml of low-fat cream;

- cilantro;

- salt.

First, steam the broccoli and then chop the cabbage into small pieces. Cut the cheese into cubes, whisk the cream lightly. Combine all salad ingredients and garnish with whipped cream and cilantro leaves.

Cauliflower salad

You will need:

- 4 eggs;

- 90 g of light mayonnaise;

- lemon juice;

- a bunch of green onions;

- 450 g of cauliflower;

- salt;

- ground black pepper.

Disassemble the cauliflower into separate inflorescences and boil in salted water. Then cool and sprinkle with lemon juice. Hard-boiled eggs and chop into cubes. Chop the green onion feathers into 1 cm pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well again.

Salad with curdled milk

You will need:

- 5 tomatoes;

- red onion;

- 80 g of curdled milk;

- 20 g of grated horseradish;

- cilantro;

- salt;

- ground red pepper.

Cut the onion into rings, cut the tomatoes into several slices. Chop the cilantro coarsely. This salad is seasoned with a mixture of yogurt and grated horseradish. Combine all the components of the salad, pour over the dressing. Season with salt and red pepper. Stir well and let sit for about 20 minutes at room temperature.

Diet salad with carrots and cheese

You will need:

- 2 medium carrots;

- 210 g of cheese;

- 30 g green onions;

- parsley;

- 45 g of mayonnaise;

- two tablespoons of lemon juice;

- salt;

- ground black pepper.

Chop the onion and parsley finely. Chop the cheese on a fine grater, and the carrots on a coarser one. Combine everything, adding mayonnaise, and pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve.

Black radish and basil salad

You will need:

- 400 g of black radish;

- 110 g of turnips;

- 120 g sour cream;

- green lettuce leaves;

- basil;

- salt.

Rinse black radish well, peel and soak in cool water for a quarter of an hour. After that, chop it and peeled turnips on a medium grater. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands, chop the basil finely. Mix all the ingredients and pour over the sour cream. Salt and mix well, garnish with herbs.
