Classic cabbage salad
Classic vitamin cabbage salad should be thoroughly mixed - do it with cleanly washed hands or put on gloves beforehand. The process is very important - during it juices of chopped cabbage and carrots are mixed, giving the mixture a special softness and pleasant taste. When eating a salad in the amount of 0.5 kg per day, it is possible to provide the body with an almost complete vitamin supplement. This salad is especially useful for women - it helps to normalize hormones, improves health in case of mastitis.
To prepare the salad, you will need fresh cabbage - half a medium-sized head of cabbage, three or four medium carrots, sunflower oil, and salt.
Gently chop the cabbage - it is better to use a special board for this. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater. In a suitable bowl, combine chopped vegetables, add oil, then wear rubber gloves, or simply wash your hands and knead the vitamin mixture thoroughly. Salt and taste. If desired, you can add greens, finely chopped hot peppers, or a little black pepper. After the vegetables have squeezed out, everything can be mixed and served. The salad will be tastier if it has stood for a while.
Vitamin salad with beets
For the preparation of vitamin salads, raw vegetables are used - the absence of heat treatment preserves all the useful substances. To prepare a healthy spring supportive meal, you will need these ingredients:
• White cabbage - medium-sized forks.
• Red beets - 3 pieces of medium size.
• Garlic - three cloves.
• Vegetable oil.
• Vinegar 9% to taste (optional).
• Salt and sugar to taste.
Cabbage for such a salad must be chopped on a fine grater. Grate the beets, chop the garlic. Place all prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add sugar, vinegar and salt to the mixture, then place under a press for several hours. Before serving, season with butter, stir, garnish with chopped herbs.
