Today I want to share with you a recipe for making cottage cheese. My favorite cake. Delicious, crumbly and tender cake.
It is necessary
- flour - 2 tbsp.;
- butter - 200 g;
- granulated sugar - 1, 5 tbsp.;
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp;
- lemon juice - 1 tsp;
- cottage cheese - 500 g;
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
So, first, pour the flour into a deep container. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and soda, which we extinguish with lemon juice.

Mix everything and add the chopped butter chilled (from the refrigerator, but not the freezer).

Grind the flour with butter to form a crumb. When finished, we send it to the refrigerator while we are busy with the filling. I used a blender, but you can do it manually. We take cottage cheese, a glass of sugar and eggs.
Step 4
Beat everything thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass, without lumps. Next, grease the baking dish with butter and lay out some of our crumb. Distribute our curd filling evenly on top.
Step 5
Smooth everything and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
Step 6
When we are finished, we send our cake to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on who has which oven. We check the readiness with a toothpick. We take out the cake and let it cool slightly. Then you can take it out and cut it into portions. Here is such a not at all complicated, but very tasty cottage cheese. In our family, he occupies an honorable place, I like to pamper my relatives with such delicious treats.
