During cooking, it is not so much tiring to stand at the stove for a long time, as the subsequent washing of the tall mountains of the dishes soiled in the process. It is necessary

  • - Baking soda - 1, 5 tsp;
  • - flour - 1 ⅔ st.;
  • - cocoa - ⅔ st.;
  • - sugar, salt to taste;
  • - vegetable oil - a quarter cup;
  • - butter - 60 g;
  • - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • - milk - 1 ¼ st.;
  • - table acetic acid - 1 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

In a deep bowl, you must first combine all dry ingredients. Pre-sifting cocoa and flour is an unspoken rule rather than a prerequisite.

Step 2

Mix everything thoroughly with a regular whisk. You will have to spend at least a minute on this process so that the soda is evenly distributed. Otherwise, the cake will rise unevenly.

Step 3

Now it's time to tackle the liquid ingredients. Pour vegetable oil and milk to the total mass. Add softened butter and eggs there.

Step 4

Next, you need a mixer. With its help, it is necessary to mix the dough for 30 seconds at the lowest speed, and then turn on the device to the maximum for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Preparation of the mold: line the bottom with parchment paper, and grease the walls with oil. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour. The readiness of the baking is checked with a match or a toothpick - the finished dish leaves no residue.

Step 6

The finished cake should not be immediately removed from the mold, but it is better to let it cool for about 20 minutes. Serve the dessert, garnished with cocoa and powdered sugar.
