Bowl is an alcoholic cocktail that belongs to refreshing low-alcohol drinks. It has a delicate aroma as it is made from fruits. Champagne is often added to the bowl.
Bowl "Orange Champagne"
Structure:
- 1.5 liters of dry white wine;
- 700 ml of champagne;
- 3 oranges;
- 100 g of sugar.
Peel the oranges, cut them into wedges, place the bowls on the bottom, and top with the sugar. Cut the orange zest into strips and place in the same place. Pour in the wine, soak the mixture in a cold place (three hours is enough).
Add cold champagne to the finished bowl before serving.
Bowl "Pineapple Champagne"
Structure:
- 2 liters of dry white wine;
- 700 ml of champagne;
- half a pineapple;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 50 ml of sugar syrup.
Cut pineapple into slices, place on the bottom of a bowl for a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, pour 1.5 liters of wine. Soak the drink for 2 hours in the cold. Then add the rest of the wine, sugar syrup, leave for 1 hour.
Pour champagne into a bowl before serving.
