It is necessary

  • - 1 liter of fish broth
  • - 200 g shiitake mushrooms
  • - 200 g of tofu cheese
  • - 200 g peeled shrimp
  • - 50 g canned kelp
  • - 30 g leeks
  • - 70 g miso paste
  • - 4 feathers of green onions

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the fish stock. You can cook it yourself from several types of fish, such as mackerel and cod. Cut the mushrooms into small slices, and rinse the leeks with water and cut into thin slices. Add everything to the boiling broth. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Rinse the kelp with water and cut into medium-length pieces. Add to soup and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the tofu into 1 cm by 1 cm cubes. Put the shrimp and tofu in the soup and cook for 2 minutes. Add miso paste at the very end of cooking. If you put it at the beginning of cooking, then it will lose some of its taste and useful properties.

Step 3

Pour the soup into bowls so that all the ingredients are included. Rinse the green onion stalks with water and cut into strips. Sprinkle them over the soup. If you like it spicy, you can add a little chili or black pepper. It is better to cook such a soup at one time.

Nice is the fact that in 100 g of this soup there are only about 130 kcal. Therefore, it is perfect for losing weight for lunch.
