Miso soup is a traditional Japanese dish. You can cook it from a variety of ingredients. Miso soup with oyster mushrooms has a very original and at the same time spicy taste.

- - 100 g spinach
- - 50 g asparagus
- - 150 g oyster mushrooms
- - 100 g of tofu cheese
- - 500 ml of water
- - 1 tbsp. l. fish broth
- - soybean paste
- - soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the spinach, green onions and asparagus thoroughly. Boil 500 ml of water with a little fish stock in a small saucepan. As soon as the water boils, add the pre-cooked herbs.
Step 2
Cut the oyster mushrooms into small cubes or strips, roll the tofu into small balls. Add all ingredients to the contents of the pan. Continue simmering the soup.
Step 3
Season the miso soup with a few scoops of soy vinegar and pasta a few minutes before cooking. The total cooking time for this dish is approximately 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, garnish with quail eggs or mint sprigs cut in half. You can add salt and pepper as you like.
