Popsicles are prepared in fifteen minutes. Of course, you will have to wait until the delicacy is frozen, in the end you will get a very tasty dessert!

It is necessary

  • For two servings:
  • - two bananas;
  • - half an apple;
  • - half an orange;
  • - lemon peel - 3 g;
  • - Sorghum syrup - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - lemon juice - 1 tbsp. the spoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the bananas, break them into large pieces, add them to a blender, sprinkle with lemon juice (then they will not have time to darken).

Step 2

Peel a half of an orange, peel an apple from the peel and seeds, cut the fruit into large pieces, put in a blender with the bananas.

Step 3

Rub a slice of lemon zest and add to the fruit. Cover the fruit with a lid and freeze (you can put it in the freezer overnight).

Step 4

Make a syrup. To do this, mix the sorghum syrup with lemon juice.

Step 5

Take out frozen fruit, chop in a blender. Combine fruit and syrup, chop again. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours.

Step 6

Decorate the finished popsicles with nuts, cinnamon sticks, mint and fruit.
