Great dessert in a hurry. Delicious apricot and cottage cheese pie is perfect for a family tea party or for the arrival of guests.

- - vanilla sugar 1 sachet;

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Defrost the dough, roll out lightly on a floured surface and cut out a circle 2 centimeters larger than the diameter of the baking dish. Put the dough in a lined form, form the sides and put in the oven for 6-8 minutes, so that the dough rises slightly.
Step 2
Wash the apricots, dry them, divide them into two and remove the seeds. Cut half the apricots in half lengthways and finely chop the other half into cubes.

Combine cottage cheese and beat in a blender with cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gently mix the diced apricots into the mixture and stir. Put the curd-apricot mass on the dough, smooth with a silicone spatula and bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Then put the apricot quarters on top, lightly press them into the curd-apricot mass, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and cinnamon, bake for about 15 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with almond petals and mint leaves.
