    • 400 g onions;
    • 200 g sour cream;

Step 1

Go through collected or purchased mushrooms, cut out crushed or rotten parts, remove debris (grass, soil, etc.). Mushrooms can be pre-soaked for 10-15 minutes. It will take no more than 30 minutes. Then fold the chanterelles in a colander and let the liquid drain well.

Chop the onion into half rings, cut the boiled chanterelles into small pieces. Place the onion in a skillet with heated vegetable oil and fry until half cooked. Then add the mushrooms. Continue to fry for 5 minutes. Remove filling from heat and cool.

Chop the butter into small pieces. Sift flour into a deep bowl. Add the chopped butter and start stirring thoroughly. Grind flour and butter until crumb is obtained. Better to do it with your fingers.

Then add some cold salted water and knead the dough. It should be cool. Transfer the dough to a floured board and begin to roll out into a tortilla.
