Chicken salad with strawberries and spinach will serve you as an excellent hearty and light dinner. It can be paired with white or red wine. Also, this salad is perfect for any festive meal.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet 200 g;
- - strawberries 150 g;
- - soy sauce 3 tablespoons;
- - dried ginger 1 tsp;
- - lemon juice 2 tablespoons;
- - garlic 1-2 cloves;
- - spinach 1 bunch;
- - olive oil 1 tablespoon;
- - sugar 1 tsp;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, dry with paper towels. Cut the fillet into strips across the grain.
Step 2
For the marinade, mix soy sauce with olive oil, add dried ginger and chopped garlic, mix thoroughly. Put the fillet in a bowl and pour over the marinade, mix and leave for 30 minutes.

In a grill pan (or ordinary pan), fry fillet pieces on each side until golden brown, for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Wash the strawberries, let them dry and cut each berry into quarters. Rinse the spinach under running water and let dry.
Step 5
Cooking salad dressing. Pour olive oil into a bowl, add lemon juice, sugar, season with pepper and salt, mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
Step 6
Place spinach leaves on a flat dish, top with slices of fried fillet and chopped strawberries. Pour the dressing over the salad. This salad can be served as an appetizer for white or red wine.
