Do you like a combination of seemingly few combinable products? Then this salad of chicken fillet, feta cheese and sweet strawberries in a tortilla baked until crisp on the grill will definitely please you!
It is necessary
- - 50 ml of olive oil;
- - 50 ml of balsamic vinegar;
- - 100 g feta cheese;
- - 10-12 pcs. large strawberries;
- - 2 chicken fillets without skin;
- - 4 tortillas;
- - a bunch of lettuce;
- - several arrows of green onions;
- - a quarter cup of walnuts.
Instructions
Step 1
For a balsamic marinade dressing, simply stir in equal amounts of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Step 2
Put the boneless and skinless chicken fillet in a bag, fill with the dressing, leaving a little for the salad dressing, distribute it well over the breasts and send it to the refrigerator to marinate for a couple of hours.
Step 3
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it "sit" at room temperature for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the grill and then fry the fillets on both sides until crisp.
Step 4
Let the meat cool slightly and cut into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 5
Cut the strawberries into quarters. If you are using a berry that is not very large, then cut it into halves, but take a larger amount.
Step 6
Finely chop the green onion feathers.
Step 7
Mash the cheese with a fork.
Step 8
Chop the nuts into medium crumbs using a knife or in a food processor in pulse mode.
Step 9
Place the lettuce in a bowl and drizzle lightly with the rest of the balsamic dressing. Add chicken, feta cheese, chopped nuts, onions and strawberries there, mix.
Step 10
Place the salad in the center of the tortilla and wrap. You can serve this way, or you can make a little more effort and literally fry each roll on a hot grill for a few seconds on each side, so that the tortilla becomes seductively crispy.
