- 2 g black pepper
- 2 g coriander
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Sour cream marinade:
- 20 g dill
- 20 g parsley
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 onion
- salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Oriental chicken. To prepare the marinade, heat the vegetable oil, add the chili seasoning, chopped onion and garlic, simmer for 1-2 minutes. Mix water with soy sauce and lemon juice, add everything to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool the finished marinade and pour over the chicken carcass. Cover it with a lid and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Seasoned chicken. Peel and chop the garlic by rubbing it with salt. Add the spice mixture and brush the chicken well, sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 2 hours in a cool place.
Step 3
Chicken with cinnamon. Prepare the spice mixture, add the lemon juice and brush the inside and outside of the chicken. Leave to marinate in a cool place for 1 hour.
Step 4
Sour cream marinade. Rinse fresh herbs, dry and chop. Add chopped herbs to sour cream, mixing everything with mustard, chopped onions and spices. Spread over the chicken and let it marinate for 2 hours.
