Cinnamon and clove tea

The drink has an interesting aroma, which will be especially appreciated by spice lovers.

You will need:

- two glasses of water;

- two tablespoons of black tea;

- two cloves (spice);

- one stick of cinnamon;

- honey or sugar (to taste).

First of all, boil the spicy water: pour two glasses of water into a saucepan, add cinnamon and cloves, bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum and boil the spices for five minutes (if you want to make a spicier tea, then you need to cook the spices a little longer, namely, up to 15 minutes). Remove the pan from heat. Place two tablespoons of tea leaves in a teapot and fill it with spicy water. Close the kettle and let the drink sit for about two to three minutes. Pour ready-made tea into cups, add honey or sugar.

Cinnamon and honey tea

This drink in "company" with honey can help to get rid of a few extra pounds if consumed three times a day 30 minutes before meals.

You will need:

- two teaspoons of honey;

- a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;

- a teaspoon of black tea;

- one glass of water.

In a teapot, mix cinnamon, honey and tea, then pour hot water over the mixture (water temperature no higher than 80 degrees). Wrap the kettle with a towel and let the drink sit for 15-20 minutes. For those who want to lose weight, it is advisable to drink a cup of this tea in the morning on an empty stomach, then two more cups during the day.

Green tea with cinnamon

Not only black tea, but also green tea goes well with cinnamon. A cool tea drink with cinnamon and a few milliliters of vodka has a particularly extravagant taste.

You will need:

- four grains of cardamom;

- the bottom of the stick;

- two tea spoons of sugar;

- two teaspoons of green tea;

- 500 ml of water;

- two tablespoons of aniseed vodka.

Put cardamom, sugar, tea and cinnamon in an enamel bowl, pour hot water over the spices, close the bowl with a lid and let it brew for about three minutes. Strain the resulting infusion, add a couple of tablespoons of vodka and leave to cool at room temperature. Once the tea has cooled, refrigerate it for two hours. You don't need to add vodka to tea; instead, you can put an anise star and two or three mint leaves in tea.

Apple cinnamon tea

You will need:

- glass of water;

- anise asterisk;

- cinnamon stick;

- a teaspoon of black tea;

- half a sour apple.

- half an orange.

Pour a glass of water into a bowl, put the spices, the zest of half an orange and the peel of half an apple into the water. Bring water to a boil and remove bowl from heat. Let the tea infuse for three minutes and pour into cups. You can add cloves, nutmeg or coriander to cups of tea to add spice to the taste of the drink.
