Cinnabones are a dessert that is extremely popular in Europe. In essence, these are cinnamon rolls topped with aromatic butter cream. It is the cream, soaking the baked goods, that makes it unusually tasty.

  • - milk - 200 ml;
  • - flour - 4 glasses;
  • - sugar - 175 g;
  • - dry yeast - 12 g;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1/3 sachet;
  • - butter - 200 g;
  • - salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • - cinnamon - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - sour cream - 100 g;
  • - icing sugar - 100 g;
  • - cottage cheese - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

We heat the milk to about 35 degrees. Combine with dry yeast, two tablespoons of sugar and three tablespoons of flour. After mixing the mass until a homogeneous consistency, leave at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with a mixer or a whisk until a light foamy mass is formed and the volume increases by about 2 times. Add 75 g of sugar and mix thoroughly. Then put 75 g softened butter, salt, vanilla sugar, sifted flour and yeast diluted earlier. Knead the dough with a mixer or a whisk. When it begins to thicken, knead it with your hands. Do not make too steep dough, it should remain elastic and soft. Leave the finished dough in a sealed container for about an hour.

Step 3

Knead the dough that has come up and put it on the table, a little sprinkled with flour. Roll out a rectangular layer about 5 mm thick. Lubricate with a thin layer of melted butter. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle the layer evenly on top. Then we roll it up in a neat roll.

Step 4

Divide the roll into equal pieces about 2-3 cm thick and flatten a little along the cut. We spread it on a greased baking sheet and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5

We pass the cottage cheese through a sieve so that it acquires a delicate consistency without grains. Combine with fat sour cream and powdered sugar. Knead well with a whisk or mixer until a homogeneous smooth creamy mass is formed.

Step 6

Take the finished buns out of the oven and immediately grease them with cream. Leave for 10 minutes to soak.
