- For twelve servings:
- - milk - 1 glass;
- - margarine - 1, 3 glasses;
- - sugar - 1/2 cup;
- - wheat flour - 4 cups;
- - icing sugar - 1, 5 cups;
- - cream cheese - 1/4 cup;
- - two eggs;
- - dry yeast, salt, ground cinnamon, vanilla - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, leave for five minutes. Add sugar, margarine, salt, eggs, flour, stirring with a spoon. Now knead the dough with your hands.

Cover the bowl with the lid and put it in a warm place for an hour. When the dough rises, place it on the table, sprinkled with flour, roll out a large rectangle.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Spread margarine over the surface of the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up a roll of dough, cut into twelve identical parts.
Step 5
Place the rolls in a baking dish, put in the oven for ten minutes.

Prepare the sauce. Combine eight tablespoons of margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla. Beat with a mixer. Pour the sauce over the ready-made cinnabons, send them immediately to the table!
