Ingredients for ice cream:

  • Egg yolks - 2 pieces;
  • Cream - 300 g;
  • Powdered sugar - 4 tablespoons;
  • Ground cinnamon - 4 tablespoons

Preparation:

  1. You need to make a blank for ice cream, because it will take time to solidify. To do this, first of all, you need to whip the cream. Add both egg yolks to the whipped cream, which must first be ground with sugar and cinnamon. Mix all this very thoroughly. Place the resulting ice cream in the freezer. It takes about 3 hours for the ice cream to solidify.
  2. If you don't want to waste time making homemade ice cream, you can buy half a kilo of factory-made vanilla ice cream and put a couple of tablespoons of ground cinnamon in it, mix everything thoroughly and put in the freezer so that the ice cream absorbs the aromas of cinnamon.
  3. Next, you need to remove the peel from the apples, remove the core from them. Cut the body of the apple into equal pieces of not very large size. You can cut them into thin slices. Melt the butter in a medium skillet. Put sugar and apple slices in melted butter. Heat apples with sugar over the lowest heat. Continue heating apples until tender.
  4. Serve the apples warm with ice cream that has already hardened. Sleep ice cream on top with a little cinnamon. To decorate ice cream with warm apples, you can use ground nuts: almonds, walnuts or pine nuts.
