Step 1
Wash the fish, separate the fillet from the bones. Put the pieces of fish in a bowl, salt, sprinkle with spices, add finely chopped onions and a little lemon juice. After stirring, leave for about an hour. Boil rice in salted water. Wash the greens, dry them. Chop it finely.
Step 2
Knead the dough: pour yeast into a glass, add a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of flour, dilute with two tablespoons of warm water. Pour 2 cups of flour into a saucepan, add soft margarine, sour cream, milk, chicken egg, salt. When the yeast just rises to the top of the glass, pour it into the flour, add 2/3 cup of water, knead the dough.
Step 3
Close the pan with a lid, place in a warm place, let the dough rise. Then lower it with a knife, pour out the remaining flour, knead again. When the dough comes up again, you can shape the cake.
Step 4
Divide the dough into two equal portions. Use one to make the bottom of the pie, and the other to make the top. Roll out the dough in a layer, transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Spread the filling evenly in layers: greens, rice, fish, rice, pieces of butter, herbs.
Step 5
Roll out the second layer of dough, cover the cake with it, pinch the edges. Brush the pie with the yolk, whipped and a quarter glass of water. Bake it in an oven preheated to 200˚C for half an hour.
