- - chicken egg 6 pcs.;
- - wheat flour 4 cups;
- - butter 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - sugar 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - yeast 20 g;
- - warm milk 100 ml;
- - salt 0.5 tbsp. spoons.
- For filling:
- - boiled rice 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - fish fillet 800 g;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. First you need to mix 2 cups of flour with milk and add yeast to them. Let the mixture brew for 3.5 hours. When the preparation is infused, you need to add eggs, sugar and salt. Then gradually add the remaining flour to the dough and knead well. Add the margarine at the end of the batch. You need to leave the dough for 1, 5 hours until it reaches its maximum rise.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Fry slices of fish fillets in vegetable oil. Then fry the onions in the same oil until golden brown. The rice should be ready.
Step 3
We form a cake. The dough should be divided into 2 unequal portions. Roll the part that is larger into a layer 1 cm thick. Lay the filling on it in layers. First the rice, then the fish and onion pieces, and then put the rice on top again. Roll the second part of the dough into a layer with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Connect the edges of the pie. Cut the top with a knife in the dough to make the cake tasty and completely cooked. Bake this cake for 60 minutes at 200 degrees.
