Ingredients:

  • 0.6 kg fish fillets (preferably fresh);
  • 3 bags of rice;
  • 2 medium-sized onions;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • soy sauce;
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ bunch of green onions;
  • 4 tablespoons flour;
  • 3 sprigs of parsley;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • black pepper and salt.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the fish fillet from bones and ridge, wash and dry slightly.
  2. Collect water in any saucepan, place it on the fire and bring the water to a boil.
  3. Dip the rice in bags into water, boil until tender, slightly add water and put in a colander so that the excess liquid is glass.
  4. When the excess liquid drains, pour the rice from the bags into a bowl and leave to cool.
  5. Cut the cheese into large cubes. Peel the onion with garlic, wash, chop arbitrarily. Wash the parsley and chop finely.
  6. Grind fish fillets, rice, cheese cubes, herbs, garlic and onions using a meat grinder (blender).
  7. Put the fish mass in a bowl with rice, mix until smooth. Add soy sauce, flour, mustard and finely chopped green onions. Knead all this thoroughly, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it very high.
  9. Put the pancakes in hot oil with a tablespoon and fry them on both sides until tender, covering the pan with a lid.
  10. Put ready-made fish pancakes with rice and cheese on a plate, garnish with herbs and serve either with or without a side dish.
  11. Note that the finished rice pancakes are airy, soft and very tender. Both adults and children will like their delicate fishy taste. Such a dish, as a rule, does not require a side dish. But the side dish will also be appropriate here.
