In the summer, recipes for lightly salted cucumbers become relevant. An interesting recipe is lightly salted cucumbers with mineral water, according to which you will get them delicious and crispy.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cucumbers;
- - 500 ml of mineral sparkling water;
- - half a bunch of fresh dill;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of coarse salt;
- - 5 pieces. allspice peas;
- - 3 carnation buds;
- - 1 bay leaf;
- - a slice of hot pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cucumbers, soak for 4 hours in cold water. There is no need to cut off the ponytails; during this time, change the water 3 times.
Step 2
Rinse the dill, dry on a paper towel, cut. Peel the cloves of garlic, chop coarsely, chop the bitter pepper. Put half of the dill, spices on the bottom of the jar, put cucumbers on top, and the remaining dill and spices on top. If you plan to pickle cucumbers, then it is also advisable to add cherry leaves, black currant, mint, horseradish root to the jar.

Fill the cucumbers with highly carbonated mineral water, cover the jar with a napkin, leave for a day at room temperature (if it's hot outside, leave it for 3-4 days). After that, close the jar with a lid, put it in the refrigerator. During this period, the brine should become very fragrant, and the color of the cucumbers should become olive.

Ready lightly salted cucumbers with mineral water can be served with boiled potatoes, it is also good to serve them with frozen bacon, homemade bread, boiled eggs. They turn out to be moderately salty, aromatic, crispy. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for no more than a week, then they will start to deteriorate, become slimy.
