In spring and early summer, I especially want crispy and fragrant lightly salted cucumbers, because they fit perfectly into the daily menu, and so they go well with young potatoes and the first greens from the garden! There are many ways to cook lightly salted cucumbers, however, if you cook cucumbers according to this recipe, surely leave it in your notebook, because it is very easy to cook cucumbers in soda water, and you can put ready-made salted cucumbers on the table in 12 hours.
It is necessary
- - fresh cucumbers - 1 kg;
- - sparkling mineral water - 1 liter;
- - garlic - 4-5 cloves;
- - salt - 2 tbsp. l. (no slide);
- - fresh dill - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the ends on both sides. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Take a glass or enamel saucepan and line the bottom with dill and chopped garlic. Place the prepared cucumbers in a saucepan and cover them again with a layer of dill and garlic.
Step 3
Add salt to a bottle of sparkling mineral water, close the lid and shake the bottle vigorously several times so that the salt dissolves faster. Pour the prepared saline solution into a pot of cucumbers.
Step 4
Cover the cucumbers with a plate and leave to infuse in a cool place. You can put the cucumbers in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, you can take out of the saucepan and serve delicious lightly salted cucumbers - firm, crispy and fragrant.
