Step 1
Recipe number 1 Pork stomach thoroughly rinse first in cold water, then in boiling water and clean well. Free the pork brisket from the bones, cut into small pieces and mix with the minced pork. Add the egg, finely chopped onion and stir. Then mix the filling thoroughly, salt, add spices and mix. Then fill the prepared stomach with the resulting mass and sew up with white threads. Place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees until tender.
Step 2
Recipe number 2 Pork stomach thoroughly rinse first in cold water, then in boiling water and clean well. Peel the potatoes, grate on a coarse grater, squeeze and pour in boiled milk. Add lard, finely chopped and fried onion until golden brown, pepper, bay leaf and salt. Stuff the stomach with the minced meat, sew it up with white threads, put it on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees.

Recipe # 3 Pass the fat, meat and pork ears through a meat grinder, add crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, spices and mix thoroughly. Place the prepared filling in a well-processed stomach and bandage it on both sides. Place the stomach in a pot, add vinegar and water, so that it is completely covered with liquid. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Take out the stomach, place it under the press and cool.

Recipe No. 4 Thoroughly cleanse the pork stomach from the greasy mesh and dirt, rinse in warm water and soak in salted water for 3-4 hours. Prepare the filling as follows: finely chop the meat and fry. Boil buckwheat until tender. Finely chop the onion and fry. Soak the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, add spices and stir. Start the stomach with the resulting mass and sew up with threads. Wrap in foil, place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then take it out, unfold it, pour sour cream over the stomach and put it in the oven for another 20-30 minutes to form a golden crust.
