Place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees until tender.

Recipe number 2 Pork stomach thoroughly rinse first in cold water, then in boiling water and clean well. Peel the potatoes, grate on a coarse grater, squeeze and pour in boiled milk. Add lard, finely chopped and fried onion until golden brown, pepper, bay leaf and salt. Stuff the stomach with the minced meat, sew it up with white threads, put it on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees.
