All you need to do is make a cheesecake with whipped cream. It is necessary

  • - 300 g of Oreo chocolate chip cookies for the base;
  • - 200 g of Oreo chocolate chip cookies for decoration;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 500 g of soft cream cheese (preferably Philadelphia);
  • - 130 g of icing sugar;
  • - 100 g of white chocolate;
  • - 1 tsp vanilla essence;
  • - 500 g cream;
  • - 30 g of gelatin;
  • - 50 g of plain water.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind the cookies prepared for the base until finely crumbled, then mix with melted butter. Put the resulting mass in a mold with high edges and compact.

Step 2

Prepare gelatin: soak and then melt in a water bath. Also melt white chocolate in a water bath.

Step 3

Then prepare the cream. To do this, put the cream cheese in a container and add powdered sugar to it. Mix both ingredients thoroughly. Pour the melted white chocolate into the cheese and stir well to prevent lumps from forming.

Then add gelatin and vanilla. Stir all ingredients again until smooth.

Step 5

In another container, beat the cream with a blender. Gradually pour the whipped cream into the cheese mass, stirring constantly. The cream is ready. Pour some of the resulting cream onto the crushed cookies (on top) as quickly as possible, as it tends to freeze.

Step 6

On top of the cream, carefully lay out a layer of whole cookies and pour over the cream again, then again a layer of cookies and a layer of cream. Decorate the finished cheesecake with whipped cream, Oreo cookies and refrigerate for a while. Serve for dessert with tea or coffee.
