Cellulite is a deformation of the subcutaneous fat layer. It is very common among women and does not give them attractiveness. Its appearance is associated with hormonal changes, pregnancy, weight changes, a sedentary lifestyle or poor diet. We will stop at the latter.
Improper nutrition is not only one of the reasons for the appearance of cellulite, but also negatively affects the entire body as a whole. Many are accustomed to eating on the go, snacking on chips and croutons, drinking carbonated sweet water, eating a lot of fatty meat and adding mayonnaise wherever possible.
Of course, when dealing with a cosmetic defect, you need to bring your diet back to normal. Eat less fatty, sweet, fried, smoked and salty foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Be sure to include in your diet foods that will help you cope with cellulite.
- Flax-seed. In the morning, after drinking warm water with lemon and honey, eat 1 teaspoon of flax seeds. The fiber in the seeds helps digestion and removes cholesterol from the body. Also, the seed contains a large amount of vitamins, A and E are especially valuable for the skin.
- Grapefruit. It lowers blood glucose and cholesterol levels, which helps in weight loss. Increases skin elasticity. Should be consumed every day in half or every other day for a whole fruit.
- Fish fat. Helps burn saturated fats in the body, promotes weight loss and reduces "bumps". Take 1/2 teaspoon every day.
If you have the second stage of cellulite, then proper nutrition with these products and exercise will be enough. If your cellulite is approaching the third stage, then you cannot do without anti-cellulite massages and wraps. If you do not have the time and opportunity to go to the salons, then all this can be done at home. The main thing in the fight against cellulite is desire and patience.
