Whole baked chicken is perhaps loved by many. It is prepared in different ways: you can pre-pickle, bake in the sleeve or stuff with prunes. We will bake this dish with rosemary.
It is necessary
- not dried rosemary - 1 bunch;
- chicken - 1 pc;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- lemon - 1 pc;
- pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the garlic and rosemary into small pieces with a sharp knife, stir and grind.
Step 2
Rub the chicken with the pre-prepared mixture, pepper and salt. Leave it as it is for 30 minutes. During this time, the chicken meat will be soaked and softened. Next, place the carcass, breast side up, on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 250oC, place chicken baking sheet in it and bake for an hour. Remove the finished chicken and transfer to a dish. Cut into portions and serve whole.
