Chicken with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes belongs to the Italian cuisine. Sun-dried tomatoes and cheese give this simple chicken dish a delicious aroma and unusual flavor.

- Ingredients for 6 servings:
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil
- - ½ onion
- - 2 cloves of garlic, chop
- - 1 chicken breast
- - half a glass of chicken broth
- - 1 artichoke
- - 1 can of sun-dried tomatoes
- - 1 can of olives
- - 1 tsp salt
- - ½ tsp dried oregano
- - ½ teaspoon dried basil
- - freshly ground black pepper to taste
- - 100 g of Dutch cheese
- - cappellini packaging
Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic there and fry in oil for 1 minute. Then add the chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes until crusty.
Step 2
Pour chicken broth into the same pan, add artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, oregano, basil, black pepper. Season with salt to taste. Place the lid on the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 3
Cook the cappellini separately in a saucepan, stirring slightly so that they do not stick together. You can use regular spaghetti instead. Once the cappellini is cooked, drain the water through a colander. Mix them with chicken, sprinkle cheese on top.
