- - 1, 5 cups of sugar;

Step 1
To make a marshmallow cake, you will need to buy a kilogram of vanilla marshmallow. Divide the marshmallow into halves, cut off the rounded tops. Crush the walnuts with a hammer.

For this cake, you will need to prepare an equally simple cream. Grind eggs with sugar, mix well with a mixer. Pour milk into the egg mass. Stirring continuously, heat until thickened, but do not bring to a boil.

After removing the cream from the heat, cool it a little and add the grated lemon zest.
Step 4
Line the marshmallow cake mold with oiled parchment. Put a layer of marshmallow halves on the bottom, and fill the gaps with cut tops. grease with cream on top, sprinkle with nuts and lay a layer of marshmallows again. Thus, layers must be stacked until all products are used.
Step 5
Cover the marshmallow cake with cream and decorate with the remnants of the marshmallow tops and nuts. Cover the cake and refrigerate for 24 hours.
