- - 150 g sour cream
- - 375 g granulated sugar
- - 3 eggs
- - 400 g of cottage cheese
- - 350 g marshmallow
- - 2 tbsp. icing sugar
- - 0.5 tsp soda
- - 5 tbsp. jam
- - 100 ml of water
- - 50 ml lemon juice

Step 1
Make a biscuit. Beat the granulated sugar with eggs, beat until the mass doubles in volume, about 5-10 minutes. Then pour in sour cream in a thin stream and stir. Add cocoa, baking soda and flour, mix everything well until smooth.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter and lay out the dough, evenly over the surface. And bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness with a match, if it is dry, then you can get it. Remove the biscuit, cool slightly and divide into three cakes.
Step 3
Make a cream. Rub the curd through a sieve. In a blender, rub it until puree. Cut the marshmallow and fill it with cream, put in a water bath, stirring, dissolve the mass. Remove from the water bath and beat with a mixer. Refrigerate for 40-45 minutes.
Step 4
Make syrup. Mix 125 g granulated sugar, water, lemon juice, put on low heat and bring to a boil.
