Loose buckwheat goes well with any type of meat. This side dish can be served at any table. Buckwheat contains a large amount of useful trace elements. The easiest way to prepare it is using a multicooker.
It is necessary
- - 520 g of buckwheat (kernel);
- - 1200 ml of water;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the required amount of buckwheat into the bowl and cover with water. Slowly stir with your hand clockwise and then counterclockwise. Drain the dirty water and repeat the procedure until the water becomes clear.
Step 2
Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker bowl with butter. It is better to cut it into small pieces and spread it evenly with a special spoon. Fill with water, measuring out the required volume using a measuring cup. Salt and mix thoroughly. Do not use metal utensils as they can damage the non-stick coating.
Step 3
Select the program "Porridge / cereals" (depending on the model, the name may change) and set the timer for 25 minutes. After cooking, stir the grits with butter and serve.
