Loose rice is an ideal side dish for fish, cutlets and other meat products. It is rather difficult to cook it using ordinary kitchen appliances, and a multicooker will allow you to get the most delicious result with minimal time costs.
It is necessary
- - 390 g of polished rice;
- - 570 ml of water;
- - 20 g butter;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice for the purest possible water. First, stir it with your hand a few times, and then squeeze it directly in the water. Repeat 3-4 times.
Step 2
Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker bowl with butter. This is to prevent the rice from burning. You can heat the bowl slightly to help the oil glide. Spread the remaining oil on the sides.
Step 3
Place the washed rice in a multicooker bowl and cover with water. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt and mix thoroughly. Close the lid and set the "Porridge / Grain" program (maybe a little different) for 25 minutes. Add a little butter after cooking, as the rice is very dry.
