Buckwheat porridge in a slow cooker turns out to be very tasty and crumbly, this dish will appeal to the whole family. Buckwheat can be made in two ways: with water and with milk.

- - 200 g of buckwheat,
- - 400 ml of water,
- - salt, bay leaf, butter - to taste.
- For buckwheat porridge with milk:
- - 200 g of buckwheat,
- - 2 tbsp. milk,
- - 2 tbsp water,
- - butter, salt - to taste.
- For buckwheat with meat:
- - 1 glass of buckwheat,
- - 500 g of fresh pork or beef meat,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 PC. onions
- - salt, pepper, other spices - to taste.

Step 1
Buckwheat porridge on the water
Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly, pour it into the multicooker bowl, add salt, bay leaf, pour in water. Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Buckwheat" mode for 20-25 minutes. Add butter to the finished dish to taste, when it melts, stir the porridge with a wooden spoon and place on plates.
Step 2
Before cooking, buckwheat can be fried first. To do this, after setting the Baking program, melt the oil in the multicooker bowl, put the washed buckwheat and cook it for 5-10 minutes. Fill the cereal with water and set the "Buckwheat" mode. Serve boiled buckwheat as a side dish with butter, mushrooms, fried onions, herbs.
Step 3
Buckwheat porridge with milk
To cook buckwheat in milk, put the washed cereal in a multicooker bowl, add salt to taste and a small piece of butter. Mix water and milk, pour buckwheat. Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Milk porridge" mode for 20-25 minutes.

Open the multicooker and stir the porridge with a fork. Close the lid again and turn on the Warm mode for five minutes. Then transfer the porridge to plates, if desired, add sugar and a little more butter.

Buckwheat with meat
Prepare a healthy and satisfying dish in a multicooker - buckwheat with meat. Wash the meat, remove the films, cut the veins. Cut the meat into cubes and put it in a multicooker, set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. While the meat is cooking, peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater. Add onions and carrots to the meat, mix everything and cook in a slow cooker for five to seven minutes. Rinse buckwheat, add it to meat and vegetables, add water, spices and salt. Put the multicooker on the Pilaf mode (for 20 minutes).
