Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts - 1 kg;
  • Hard cheese - 150 g;
  • Ham - 100 g;
  • Mayonnaise - 80 g;
  • Salt, black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Defrost chicken breasts and rinse under water. Then cut the breasts lengthwise, but not completely, to make a book. Lightly salt and pepper the breasts, then let sit for a while so that they are salted.
  2. Cut the ham into slices about half a centimeter thick. Cut the cheese into wedges. Open the prepared chicken breast and grease one half with mayonnaise inside.
  3. For spiciness, mayonnaise can be mixed with garlic chopped through a press. And for the spice, you can add finely chopped dill, parsley, cilantro. You can also use ketchup instead of mayonnaise, which is more to your taste.
  4. Put a plate of ham and a couple of slices of cheese on top of mayonnaise. Close everything with the second half of the chicken breast.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Pour some vegetable oil on the sheet and smear with a brush. Put the prepared chicken pockets on a baking sheet, put in the oven.
  6. Boil the green beans separately for a side dish.
  7. When the chicken pockets are ready, they need to be laid out on portioned plates next to boiled green beans and garnished with olives. Such chicken breast will decorate the festive table, and guests will be delighted with the delicate taste of this dish.
