Pork liver salad turns out to be very tender, satisfying and tasty. You can cook it both for a small celebration, and for lunch or dinner. Preparing such a salad is quite simple.

- • 400 g of pork liver;
- • 2 medium sized onions;
- • 2 tomatoes
- • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- • 2 pinches of ground black pepper;
- • half a tablespoon of vinegar;
- • 2 chicken eggs;
- • 4 tablespoons of rice cereal;
- • 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare the pork liver. It is washed and cut into small pieces. After that, the chopped liver must be folded into a saucepan and filled with water. Pour some salt into it as well.
Step 2
Boil the liver over low heat until fully cooked (as a rule, this takes a third of an hour). Then place the liver slices in a cup and leave to cool.
Step 3
Remove the husk from the onion, rinse it thoroughly in cold water, and then use a sharp knife to cut it into not very thick rings. Fold the onion into a deep cup and pour in lukewarm water, vinegar, salt, granulated sugar and black pepper in the same place. Mix everything thoroughly and let the onion marinate for at least a quarter of an hour.
Step 4
Thoroughly washed rice groats should be soaked in cold water for 30 minutes. After that, it is put into a small saucepan, water is poured and a little salt is poured. You need to boil the rice grits until tender, then drain the water from it. As a result, the rice should be crumbly.
Step 5
The cooled liver must be cut into thin strips and put in a deep cup. You also need to put the cooled cereal there. Then you need to pour all the marinade from the onion, and transfer it to a cup with liver.
Step 6
Chicken eggs should be boiled hard. To do this, they are placed in a not very large saucepan and the required amount of water is poured into it. Place the saucepan on the fire, after boiling, cook the eggs for 8-10 minutes.
Step 7
Boiled eggs should be cooled, shells removed and cut into small pieces. Then the crushed eggs are sent to the cup with the rest of the ingredients. Chop the tomatoes and add to the salad too.
Step 8
Before serving, add a little mayonnaise to the salad, mix everything well and garnish with fresh, pre-washed herbs.
