Step 1
Cut the ham into small cubes (approximately 0.5 cm in size) and put in a bowl. The rest of the ingredients must be placed in a blender bowl and grind well - until completely soft and completely homogeneous. Pour the ham into the resulting mass and mix thoroughly so that the ham is evenly distributed.
Step 2
Put the prepared sausage mass on a sheet of edible parchment and roll up the parchment in the shape of a sausage. Twist tightly in several layers to pack the sausage mass tightly and securely. After that, pull with harsh threads or twine.
Step 3
Place the sausage in a saucepan. If you don't have a large saucepan, you can make several sausages. Pour cold water over a saucepan and put on high heat. After the water boils, cook the sausage for 25-30 minutes, then take it out, put it on a wire rack in a preheated oven (160 degrees) and leave for 10 minutes. When the sausage has cooled, you should put it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the ham sausage is ready.
