Step 1

This amount of products will make 8 small sausages. Wash the chicken thighs, dry and cut the meat into small cubes together with the skin. Peel and chop the cloves of garlic, add them together with black pepper and seasoning to the meat, mix well. Then add mayonnaise and stir again until smooth. Finally, add gelatin and divide the minced meat into several parts.

Step 2

Put each part on cling film, roll up in the form of a sausage, make nodules at the ends so that the mass does not leak out during baking. Then wrap all the sausages in foil.

Put all the minced meat in a baking tray and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 60 minutes. After that, cool the finished sausages and refrigerate for 12 hours.

If desired, instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or cream, then the sausage will turn out softer and more tender. Some housewives do not cut the meat, but pass it through a meat grinder. To get a minced meat of a uniform consistency, the ingredients can be mixed with a mixer.
