Instructions

Step 1

Butter dough for lean buns for tea is prepared very simply and quickly; this process does not require special skills. Of course, it will take some time for the dough to rise.

To start, combine flour, granulated sugar, salt and dry yeast in a wide, deep bowl. No preliminary preparation is required.

Step 2

Now pour vegetable oil into the dry mixture, mix a little and gradually pour in warm water. Knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and place in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3

When the dough rises, place it on a lightly floured table, wrap your hands with oiled hands. Put it back in a warm place. When the dough rises a second time, which will take about 15-30 minutes, place it on the table and divide it into 12 pieces.

Step 4

Now roll each piece of dough into an oval cake, put a spoonful of the filling on one third of it.
