The biscuit roll is prepared very quickly and easily. This dessert can be festively decorated and it will become a real lifesaver for an unexpected visit from friends.

- flour - 2, 75 cups
- highly carbonated mineral water - 500 ml
- sugar - 1 glass
- soda - 1.5 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- cottage cheese - 100 g
- apple - 100 g
- butter - 50 g
- sugar - to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Mix highly sparkling mineral water with baking soda and stir not too hard to get a chemical reaction that releases carbon dioxide. This is necessary in order for the finished product from the dough to turn out to be airy and loose.
Step 2
Now put granulated sugar, flour into the mixture, stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained and pour in vegetable oil.
This component will give the baked goods elasticity, oiliness and sufficient moisture.
Step 3
Lightly grease the surface of a wide baking sheet with small sides with vegetable oil using a special silicone brush. Then pour the dough onto a baking sheet and smooth with a spoon, spatula or knife.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet with the dough in the oven, which must be preheated to a temperature of 200 - 220 degrees. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the hot cake from the baking sheet by prying it with a long knife. Place on a towel and roll up.
Cool the cake like this.
Step 6
Meanwhile, while the cake is cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, beat the cottage cheese, applesauce and softened butter, adding sugar to taste.
Step 7
With the resulting cream, grease the cooled cake by removing the towel, and then roll up again. Decorate as desired and you can serve dessert to the table.
