It is necessary
- For the test:
- - milk 300 ml
- - dry yeast 7 g
- - flour 400 g
- - salt 1 tsp
- - sugar 1 tablespoon
- - egg 1 pc.
- For filling:
- - cottage cheese 300 g
- - sour cream 150-200 g
- - sugar 2 tablespoons
- - milk 30 g
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start by making the dough. First, take some milk and heat it up a little. Milk should not be very hot. Add yeast to the milk and leave it for 15-20 minutes so that it swells and begins to take effect.
Step 2
While the yeast is coming up, take the egg and beat it thoroughly with a whisk. Add salt, sugar to it and beat everything together just as well.
Step 3
When the yeast is swollen, mix the milk with the egg, add the flour sifted through a sieve, and stir everything gently. We put the finished dough in a warm place, covered with a towel or cling film for 1 hour. After an hour, we crush and leave for another half hour.
Step 4
Since the dough is almost ready, let's start filling. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream together until smooth.
Step 5
Cooking the cake itself. Take a piece of dough and roll it out approximately 3-4 mm thick. I took a simple faceted glass for cooking, we cut out rounds with it. We mash the remains and roll them out again and so constantly.
Step 6
Put cottage cheese on one half in a round, and close it with the other half. We take the corners and blind them together. And we perform this action with all the round pieces. We spread the resulting figures in a circle on a baking sheet greased in advance. Then inside the circle and so on.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and set the cake for 20-25 minutes.
