Cooking the Chrysanthemum pie step by step
1. Prepare a soft and light dough. Combine flour, instant yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. In another dish, combine kefir with milk, pour in vegetable oil there and beat in an egg. After mixing, add the liquid part to the dry one, knead the dough and send to a warm place for 1 hour to infuse. Cover with a clean cloth or cotton towel.
2. Grind meat, garlic, onion in a food processor, blender or through a meat grinder, stir, sprinkle and salt to your liking.
3. Grate any hard cheese with a coarse grater, set aside for a while.
4. Now transfer the risen dough to a greased or floured table. Divide into 2-3 parts, roll each into a thin layer with a rolling pin. With a mold or a stack, with a glass, cut out identical circles, up to 8-9 cm in diameter.
5. In the center of each mug of dough, place the minced meat evenly (about 1 teaspoon), sprinkle it with grated cheese on top.
6. Fold the mugs in half in the manner of dumplings, pinch the edges so that they do not open in the oven during baking.
7. Grease the pan with butter, place the filling circles in a circle, starting from the edges towards the center. You can sculpt a bird figurine, a flower with leaves in the beauty center, or decorate the sides of a culinary masterpiece with a pigtail. Cover with a towel and let the cake stand for about 20 minutes.
8. Put a nice looking pie in the oven for 40 minutes, setting the temperature to 170 degrees.
After baking, remove the Chrysanthemum from the mold, place it on a flat plate, cut into portions.
