- - chicken breast - 2 pcs.;
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - fermented milk drink serum - 300 ml;
- - salt - 1 tbsp. (no top);
- - a mixture of peppers - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast well, separate the flesh from the bone. Divide the breast into six horizontal slices and cut along the grain.

Peel the onion, cut it in half, then chop it into thin half rings. Shake the onion with your hands, let it give juice.

In a deep bowl, stir in the chicken pieces, spices and salt. Add onion, whey, mix well again. Leave the breasts to marinate for 3-4 hours at a temperature of 18-25 degrees. If you prepare the marinade in advance, i.e. overnight, leave it in the refrigerator.

Prepare the grill, make a fire. Once the coals are ready, place the chicken breast pieces on a wire rack or skewer.

Cook the meat for 13-15 minutes on each side, turning it over several times. During frying, meat can be watered with a weak vinegar solution or plain water.
