You need simple ingredients to make this hearty casserole. Such a dish is perfect both for everyday dinner and for a festive table, and any housewife can bake it.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook potatoes "in their skins" without boiling them a little.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Peel the onion, cut it into half rings. Next, grate the cheese.

Take a medium-sized skillet and simmer the onions and vegetable oil in it for about 5 minutes. Add the minced chicken and cook for another 15 minutes. Add chopped herbs, poultry seasoning and salt.

Peel the potatoes by peeling them off and then cut into slices.

Grease the baked dish with grease, place a layer of potatoes, adding spices. Now put some of the minced meat, on top - the tomatoes and then again the remaining half of the minced meat.

Beat milk and eggs with a mixer. Pour the mixture over the casserole. After that, put some of the remaining potatoes on top so that the circles completely cover the layer of tomatoes.

Finally, spread the broccoli evenly, sprinkling with cheese.
