- • 40 ml heavy cream from 33% fat,
- • a pinch of sea salt,
- • 15 g salted butter,
- • 60 g icing sugar,
- • 40 g of sugar syrup or honey (golden syrup is used in the original).

Instructions
Step 1
Preparing mixture # 1. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the scraped seeds and a vanilla or vanilla pod, half butter, a pinch of sea salt. Mix thoroughly and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat when it starts bubbling.
Step 2
Time for mix # 2. In a separate skillet, combine the syrup (honey) and sugar. You need to melt until the sugar grains disappear. It is advisable not to interfere, but to shake the pan.

If used, remove vanilla pod from first mixture. Then add the syrup from the pan and the remaining butter and stir with a wooden spoon. Taste, when it cools, it should taste salty-sweet. When done, remove from heat and set aside.

Take baking paper, line a baking sheet (20 * 30 cm) with sides. Moisten with water. Pour the caramel here and sprinkle some more sea salt. Put it in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Turn the oven 180 degrees. And start making the dough. Melt butter over low heat with chocolate, add beaten eggs and flour. The base dough is ready.
Step 6
Putting together the brownies. To do this, put a sheet of baking paper sprinkled with water in a baking sheet, form the sides. Pour the chocolate dough and spread the caramel on top. Using a thin stick or spoon, draw a pattern on the surface using arbitrary movements.
