For cooking you will need:

  • pork neck - ½ kg;
  • garlic - 2 medium cloves;
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp l.;
  • lemon juice - 10-15 ml;
  • honey - 30 ml;
  • soy sauce - 30 ml;
  • curry spice - a good pinch;
  • drinking water - 30 ml;
  • salt and red pepper - a small pinch.

The step-by-step recipe includes the following steps:

  1. First step. Rinse the pork neck thoroughly with cold water under the tap. Then wipe with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Place the meat on a cutting board and use a knife to remove the chaff and other inedible areas of the carcass. Slice the pork into portions approximately one centimeter thick. In turn, cover each piece of meat with cling film, and then you need to beat it off with a kitchen hammer on both sides. Combine salt and red pepper in a separate bowl. If you wish, you can add more of your favorite spices. Rub the pork on all sides with them and place in a bowl.
  2. Second step. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them in any way you like. Transfer it to a bowl and add the vegetable oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and drinking water. Pour the curry into the marinade and mix thoroughly.
  3. Third step. It's time to marinate the meat. Dip each piece of pork in the cooked marinade. Put the meat in a suitable bowl, pour the remaining marinade over the pork, cover it with a lid or cling film. Put the meat in the refrigerator for a whole day. This is done so that it marinates well, becomes soft and pliable for further cooking.
  4. Fourth step. Place a heavy skillet over medium heat. When it warms up well, pour the marinade from the meat into it, lower the pork itself there. Simmer the meat for 5-7 minutes, constantly turning it over with a wooden spatula. Then add honey to the pan, it must be of a liquid consistency. Reduce heat and continue cooking meat for another 5-7 minutes. After that, turn off the stove, cover the pan with a lid and let the pork brew a little.

Pork neck with honey is best served hot. Place one serving on a plate and top with the sauce in which it was stewed. This dish is best served with fresh vegetables. This helps to reduce the excess fat content of the meat product.

Baked pork neck

What you need:

  • pork neck - 500 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • hard cheese - 300 g;
  • vegetable oil - for greasing the baking sheet;
  • ground pepper and salt to taste;
  • mayonnaise - 300 ml.

Rinse the pork thoroughly under running water, dry it with a paper towel. Remove chaff and streaks with a knife. Then cut the meat into equal sized pieces, about two centimeters thick. Beat each slice of pork with a hammer or the back of a knife. This should be done in order for the meat to bake better and be tender.

Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the pork pieces on it. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, brush the meat with a little mayonnaise on top. The more it is, the fatter the dish will turn out.

An easy recipe for a delicious dish. The entire cooking process is simplified by a multicooker. This recipe is a good option for those who like tasty and simple food.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • pork neck - 500-700 g;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion and garlic - one small head each;
  • bay leaf - for aroma;
  • sunflower oil - for cooking;
  • salt - a small pinch.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Rinse the meat thoroughly and cut into medium-sized cubes, while removing the chaff and veins. Place it in a container.

Peel and wash all vegetables. Cut the pepper into cubes. Chop the carrots into round pieces. Garlic can be grated or finely chopped with a knife. Cut the onion into half rings. Transfer all vegetables and bay leaves to the bowl with the meat. Season with salt and mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula. Add any spices if desired. This will make the dish even more flavorful.
