It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of pork;
  • - 500 g cherry;
  • - 200 g of salad;
  • - a few small ciabatts;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of liquid honey, plum wine, soy sauce, olive oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg;
  • - 6 pcs. carnations;
  • - 3 dry chili peppers;
  • - 2 star anise stars;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork, dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into slices 1 cm thick. Grind the cloves, chili peppers, star anise stars in a mortar, add cinnamon, nutmeg, mix everything. Add honey, plum wine, soy sauce, stir.

Step 2

Dip the pork pieces into the resulting original marinade, they should be covered with marinade on all sides, tighten the dishes with the meat with cling film, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 3

Grill pork in a grill pan or open grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut each tomato in half. Rinse any green salad of your choice, dry it, tear coarsely with your hands. Cut or break in two along each ciabatta (you can use any other yesterday's bread), grill on both sides. Sprinkle the bread with olive oil.

Step 5

On one half, put a few cut tomatoes, a handful of lettuce, and a slice of cooked pork. Pepper to taste, cover with the other half of the bread. Chinese style spicy pork is ready - this is a very satisfying snack.
