  • - 200 g of any fresh mushrooms;
  • - 750 ml of light beer;

  • - olive oil.

Step 1

Chop the onion, cut the carrots into not very thick slices, cut the bacon into small strips, and the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Salt and pepper the pieces of rabbit, fry in a saucepan on each side until golden brown, transfer to a plate.

Fry onions in a saucepan over medium heat until translucent, add bacon and mushrooms. Increase the heat, fry the mushrooms, onions and bacon, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
