Fish dishes are simply essential on the tables of modern people, because it is a rich source of healthy protein, fats and vitamins. Eating them at least once a week, you can prevent many diseases, improve tone and immunity. Try the simple hake cutlets with semolina, or fry them in breadcrumbs with raw potatoes or boiled rice for juiciness.
A simple recipe for hake cutlets
Ingredients:
- 500 g hake fillet;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 onion;
- 3 tbsp. semolina;
- 2 tbsp. 10% cream;
- a pinch of white pepper;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- vegetable oil.
Peel the onion and cut into quarters. Remove the hake fillets from the refrigerator, cut into slices and grind with onions in a blender or food processor. Mix the resulting mixture with a beaten egg and a spoonful of semolina. Pepper, salt and knead well. It is advisable to do this with a chilled appliance, then the minced meat will be more tender. Pour the cream into it, stir and place in the cold for 30 minutes.
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat it over medium-high heat until slightly cracked. Sprinkle the remaining grits on a flat plate. Form fish cutlets with palms soaked in water, roll them in semolina breading and fry until golden brown.
Juicy hake cutlets
Ingredients:
- 1 kg hake fillet;
- 2 onions;
- 1 large potato;
- 2 slices of white loaf;
- 3/4 Art. milk;
- 100 g lard;
- 50 g of processed cheese;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 3 tbsp. flour;
- 1/3 tsp each mixtures of peppers (green, white and red) and oregano;
- 3/4 tsp salt;
- 150 g bread crumbs;
- vegetable oil.
Rotate the fish fillets in a meat grinder or grind in a blender with lard. Soak white bread in milk. Peel the potatoes and grate them. Free the onions from the shirts and chop finely with a knife. Transfer all prepared ingredients into one deep container, add processed cheese, eggs, flour, as well as spices and salt.
Stir the minced meat thoroughly, roll it into medium-sized balls and flatten them to an oval shape. Dip each patty in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then close the pan with a lid, reduce heat to the very low and simmer the dish for 10-15 minutes.
Hake cutlets with rice and green onions
Ingredients:
- 500 g hake fillet;
- 150 g of boiled round grain rice;
- stale wheat bun;
- 1/2 tbsp. milk or water;
- 50 g green onions;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 100 g bread crumbs;
- vegetable oil.
Break the bun into pieces, cover with milk or water and let it swell. Pass the fish through a meat grinder, cut the green onions into small rings. Combine everything in one bowl with rice, salt and stir. Make patties and cook them as described in the first recipe.
